I came in for my first appointment at this vet and was honestly dreading it, as past experiences elsewhere had felt pressuring and uncomfortable. From the moment we walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and completely non-judgemental. For the first time, I felt genuinely supported and equipped with the right information. It was nice to go somewhere where my dog’s wellbeing came first, not profit. Couldn’t recommend them more. 10/10.

Lovely light, bright and airy building with plenty of parking. Warm welcome from Reception Staff who were very helpful. Excellent service from the Vet who attended us - so patient with our very nervous little girl! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Made an appointment for my cat on Saturday morning using the online booking system. Got an appointment that same morning! Apart from running slightly late (which the friendly receptionist warned me about when we arrived) my cat was well looked after and treated for his in growing claw. The surgery was extremely clean and the staff were wonderful! Would highly recommend.

When I moved to Banbury my family recommended Crofts, having used them for years. It’s a bit far from me but so worth it. They are just what you hope from a vets. My two cats are very old but going strong so an annual check up is very important to be gentle and thorough and not rushed. Rita offers all of this and has a great empathy and knowledge and I never feel pushed to medicate them. She’s wonderful.

We have been with this vetinary surgery for a number of years and have always received excellent service. We had to have our dog put to sleep today and the vetinary Nurse and staff were outstanding treating our pet with dignity and compassion. Harry Capon
