Would like to say how caring and compassionate you all are. Sadly yesterday 26/02/2024 my boy had to go for his final sleep. I have never felt so sad before. The vets were absolutely wonderful with him my darling boy. The receptionist was outstanding giving him a blanket while he was waiting to be seen and she gave me a big cuddle knowing how upset I was. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart for looking after bud and making his parting so easy. Highly recommend lake view

I have never been so upset by a receptionist member of staff. I won't be staying which is a shame as the receptionist at Thrapston were so friendly but a little too far to travel too. As a new customer due to moving house I am so saddened to have to have left my previous vet who not only cared for animals but their owners. I have never felt so humiliated in front of other clients...if I wasn't stressed enough with a huge house move I was met by rude, unprofessional and uncaring staff including the vet who's workload was clearly too much for her. I will find a vet who has a passion of animals and respect for people. 😔

I use both the Burton Latiner one for checkups and vaccines and the Thrapston one foe a young major. Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable, vets are great and so caring. I had my dog and cat spade there and it went really well.

They couldn't be helpful enough. They really do love animals and do everything they can to help. They are a friendly team and remember the animals and the people that use them regularly. They are more concerned about getting pets well than receiving all the money in one go and really helped me with a very large bill by letting me pay in installments. I would be happy and confident to recommend them.
