I have had my dogs registered here for a number of years. Luckily neither have had any emergencies. During this time we have had the odd occasion needing to visit for minor issues and on one occasion over a concern with leg issue as a puppy. Every time all of the staff have been professional, efficient and thoughtful with both us and our dogs. The vet is extremely knowledgeable and gives you confidence that they are in safe hands. This weekend we had our first serious situation, with our GSD, having picked up a viral infection and becoming very ill. I cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. They found a time to see him within 2 hours, quickly took control of the situation and had him being treated within 15 minutes of arrival. Bandit had to spend some time at another vets as a puppy and is not very confident..... their handling and understanding putting him and I at ease. When I picked him up later in the day, whilst being quiet due to being unwell, it was obvious he was at ease in the environment which is a testament to the team. Bandit is still under the weather but improving rapidly. Its actually nice to be sat on. I cannot recommend New Lodge enough. A big thank you to all the team for looking after Bandit so well and making us feel less concerned knowing he was with the best people.

You will be hard pushed to find a better vet and veterinary staff. I have nothing but praise and admiration for all who work here, but especially Zoe and Louise, who go above and beyond and have supported our family and our pooch through so much. To put it simply, they truly are special and wonderful and we are entirely grateful for the love and support they have shown us all. A lovely veterinary centre and one which our boy was always super happy to visit.
