I've had my dog since he was a puppy, and he's always suffered with reactivity with strangers. Going to the vets for his 6 monthly checks and boosters has never been an easy, or pleasant experience for either of us, usually quite stressful actually. But this time we had a different vet, and he handled my boy and the situation perfectly. Really know how to hold himself and conduct the health check perfectly. Absolutely brilliant vets! I called 3 or 4 times before my first appointment with various enquiries, having just got a cat, and Dawn was brilliant every time! She gave me all the advice I needed and was happy to answer all the questions I had. On the day of my appointment when I arrived the staff were happy and pleasant. The vet I saw (apologies, I can't remember your name) was amazing she talked me through everything that was happening and was more than happy to answer all of my questions and give recommendations. Absolutely 10 out of 10 service won't be going anywhere else!

We were very picky about which vet we chose when we moved. The previous Abington Vets had set a high bar. Rushden Vets have been the best to find. They have supported and advised us with warmth and professionalism every time. Our regular visits there for ongoing medication never feel like a dreaded part of a day and they always do their best to find the best funding for us. They go above and beyond and we recommend them completely.

Theo examined and vaccinated Jack our black labrador Retriever and immediately put him at ease and he was completely calm throughout the whole procedure so much better than other vets he had previously seen excellent service Thankyou so much R Sanders.

Very welcoming vets friendly front desk and the vet was very knowledgeable. Our cat is normally very stressed when leaving the house but she was very relaxed. We joined the pet plan which saved us a considerable amount on the day and is excellent value going forwards. Tosia says thank you. 🐈‍⬛
