Very pleased with Swanspool vets and today my dog had such an amazing experience despite the fact of needles and always scared of visiting the vets including sometimes being aggravated , the nurse Vet was brilliant with her and respected every boundary my dog set to the point where not even a yelp was made from my dog 🐕 thank you guys - you don’t get enough credit for what you do on daily basis ❤️

Always brilliant service. My daft dog has hurt himself a couple if times on Sundays. Prompt excellent treatment and such nice people. Very reasonably priced too. 2yrs later and Jack chased a catand got run over. Ended up having front leg amputated. Fantastic service again. He was home 24hrs later. Seemed very content (no signs of pain), not too drowsy. Out for short walks the following day. This picture is after 3 weeks. Back to running around chasing his favourite ball. Thankyou.

Have been a client of Swanspool for years and they are always fantastic. Brought my collie in today for her yearly check up and she can be at times nervous with new places and people. I let the receptionist know at the time of booking the appointment. When we arrived the waiting area was really quiet and the lovely receptionist took so much time making our dog feel safe and comfortable with rewards. We were seen quickly and the vet again was lovely, kind and patient with our dog. Overall an extremely positive experience for both owner and dog. Couldn’t recommend Swanspool more!

I have both of my cats registered here. It was highly recommended to me by close friends who also have their pets registered here. They have friendly staff and are very accommodating when it comes to appointments

I couldn't wish for a better veterinary practice .. They are the best in my opinion .. They have shown compassion and kindness and given professional advice to me and given the upmost care in providing care to my dogs over the years .. Coco, Rio, and Missy Moo 🐕💖🐕💖🐕💖 xxxxx

Visiting a vet is hardly ever a great experience, either for you or for your pet. Your pet is stressed, you're stressed. However this veterinary practice has to be one of the best, if not THE best in the area. We've rarely had a problem booking an appointment and always been seen promptly upon arrival. The staff are caring and they take their time to delve into the issues affecting your pet and do their very best to diagnose the problem in a gentle and empathic way. Depending on the nature of the problem, the costs can be quite high. That said, the team from reception through to the vet seeing your pet through to the medicine dispensary and right the way through to accounts are super friendly and accommodating. In short, THEY LISTEN and it's clear they CARE. We wouldn't take our dog to anywhere else. Special thanks to Indra for taking a genuine interest in Baxter and for always making herself available to speak to us and also to Sarah for all her hard work in dealing with our insurance claims. A wonderful team.

Buy the cats flea & worming drops all in one from here every 3 months,(FELPREVA), not cheap,£127 for 3 cats, but they go by weight, so probably no more than if you had to buy 2 or 3 tubes of each for your cats,& a lot easier to just have one lot to apply.
