What a lovely experience going to Taylor Vets is, for both my dog and me. A quiet little car park and then you walk into a calm, super clean, uncluttered reception that is so unlike going into a clinical vets! No stress for my puppy only very friendly, welcoming receptionists. Not cluttered up with merchandise and food. No hard sell, just a calm experience. Having used the same vets since coming to Buckingham 25 years ago, it's a breath of fresh air to get back to an independent practice that doesn't up-sell. We both feel comfortable here.

Took Teddy to Taylor's, bit of an emergency, coz has a sore bottom. They saw me the same day (Friday) even if our previous Vet hadn't sent the records over. Lovely Vet, spotted the issue & gave the appropriate meds. Gorgeous building, very welcoming Staff & 1st class service.

Taylor vets has been absolutely phenomenal with our boy Snoop. From the moment we went in for a consultation with Ellie we knew he was in safe hands. She was thorough, understanding and explained everything to us thoroughly. The receptionists are so lovely and welcoming, and the surgery is clean and well equipped. He then had surgery with Ruby who was outstanding with her professionalism and kindness, explaining every detail and keeping us updated on his recovery. They even sent us photo updates of our boy coming out of surgery, which seems so small but meant so much to us to know he was okay. Ingrid has been fantastic with his dressing changes and giving him a cheeky treat which he thoroughly appreciates!! I’m sorry i don’t know all of the names of the people that were associated with snoops surgery and aftercare, but just know we are so thankful. We will never change vets, and although the bill was undoubtedly expensive, it was worth every penny to know snoop was getting the best care available. Thank you so much to you all! Taylor vets have been helping me do all of my export paper work that will allow me to move my dog from the UK to Australia. They have been nothing but perfection and have gone above and beyond multiple times to make me feel reassured and confident in the whole process. I wouldn’t take my dog anywhere else they are the best of the best!

I recently took our dog Luna to Taylor Vets and I couldn’t be happier with our experience! The receptionists were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. The Vets themselves were fantastic, really knowledgeable and caring which is so important when it comes to our furry family members. The new Brackley surgery is beautiful and very well equipped, which gave me confidence that Luna was in good hands. The only small issue I had was with the Thank you card they provided after our visit. While its a nice gesture, I personally think its not really necessary and could be a bit of a waste, Overall, I highly recommend Taylor Vets for anyone for quality care for their pets!

I recently switched over to Taylor vets & I’m really glad I have. I have 2 large breed dogs & a small breed and I feel the large breeds can sometimes get treated a little differently, I struggle to find vets who truly understand larger breed dogs and who actually care but Taylor vets really filled me with confidence. John knew exactly what he was talking about when seeing my dog Conan and I left feeling supported and confident. I hope if anyone has large breed dogs or reactive dogs reading this will also fill you with confidence that Taylor vets can help ☺️

I have had the most amazing experience with Taylor vets not only with my own animals but when I was caring for my neighbours dog whilst they were on holiday. The out of hours phone line and support from Ellie was amazing. Ellie provided advice and enabled us to keep Blu comfortable at home until the morning. Ellie called again in the morning to check in on Blu. When we arrived at the practice we were met by the wonderful reception staff. John was brilliant as always with his advice and treatment. He also helped advise the owners on next steps and put them at ease. The whole team made what was quite a stressful situation so much easier and this not only helped Blu, but myself and his owners. Another beyond faultless experience- thank you so much 🤍
