Corby Vets4Pets describes itself as a locally owned Vets4Pets practice, set up for routine care and diagnostics as well as more complex cases via its in‑house facilities (lab testing, imaging, operating theatre, and separate wards). The clinic states that emergency cover is available through Vets4Pets Northampton when the practice is closed. In recent reviews, owners repeatedly mention support around end-of-life care, including memorial gestures (a card from staff, seeds, and a memorial stake) after euthanasia, and help coordinating referral care (one dog was sent on to a veterinary hospital). Reviews also show a clear split on pricing and emergency fees, with some owners feeling overcharged for emergencies or tests.

I had to take my dog Theo as an emergency on Saturday 27th December to the vets. We had woken to find he couldn't use his back legs. The team were absolutely amazing and they looked after him very well. We had to take him to Queen's veterinary hospital in Cambridge. Sadly he couldn't be saved and on 30th December he had to be put to sleep. Vets4pets were very caring to us all. They never chased me for payment and when I went in again they were very sad that he had gone. I was given pack to grow seeds and a memorial stake. This morning I received a lovely card from all the staff. I want to say a big thank you to the amazing team there. 🐾❤️

Very unhappy got charged 500 pounds for an anal gland infection. Which would of taken 5 mins to diagnose if the vet had done a full body check to begin before send my dog off for various tests. Then did the pet insurance wrong sent duplicate Claims in, ended up paying excess two times and they have the gaull to charge an 30 poy

Registered with them to get an appointment, which they had some available. Due to me having a vets already they charge over £200 for an emergency appointment! I asked if I didn’t have a vet would there be an emergency fee and was told no! It’s really sad that a vet that’s meant to be helping animals would try and extort people in a time of need. Won’t be using them ever again

Best vets I've ever used, when other vets were not interested in treating my ill dog, they found the time and the compassion to help and get her through! So she could live out her golden years with us. They were so good with her they really cared. Now our new puppy is registered with them and they are spot on with her too. All the staff are friendly and helpful

Staff were so helpful and able to answer all the questions that we had about purchasing a rabbit. They gave us the positive of each breed that they had for sale they also recommend all the things that we would need to care for our new pet. Staff were very friendly making suggestions to sign up for loyalty club to get a discount off our purchases i will definitely return to this store to get more pet purchases
