I want to personally thank the team for your compassion & kindness to me & my beautiful girl Holly. Holly was with Vets4pets since she was a puppy & for the duration of her life 10yrs 9mths 8days but for her final day the team at priors Hall took her in for an emergency appointment, thankfully. Unfortunately the outcome was devastating for me & my family but I can't thank you all enough for the care you gave my beautiful girl, she was so poorly & you helped end that pain in such a peaceful way. I had spoken to 4 lots of vets before I spoke with you & I was getting myself in such a panic, if it wasn't for your quick thinking receptionist & your Vet accepting her in for an emergency appointment the outcome would have been even more horrific! I think you were meant to take her in this day, her first home was in priors Hall & her last day was there too 💔❤️ Thank you to all the team & the beautiful keepsakes I have to remember my Girl x

Lovely practice, I love their passion for animals, the staff are always friendly. The booking times are very good too, we don't have to book too much in advance.

Had both my boy and girl cat neutered and chipped here. They were very looked after. All the staff we met were absolutely lovely and reassuring, couldn’t recommend them enough!!! Thank you.
