Always helpful and professional, I have a chihuahua which does like being examined they are always gentle and patient with us. I find them to be good listeners answer thoroughly and don't just fob you off since I have been going there my rescued chihuahua has improved each and every visit for me that should tell you everything you need to know have no hesitation in recommending them.

Just tried to book in our kitten for a pet plan. Refused on the basis of a £6 'debt write off' from 2023 for which we knew nothing about. Not even mentioned when we sadly had another cat put down this year at a cost of over £700. How embarrassing for all concerned and what a brilliant way to run a business. Now booked in with Pets at Home

Ash tree have looked after my dogs for the last 15 years and I can honestly say they’ve been brilliant. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Vets are caring and knowledgable. Barney is always happy to go to the vets! I highly recommend this practice.

The vets its self is clean and well looked after. The staff are lovely, not just with the animals but with kids too! They are thorough, very caring and you feel at ease leaving your loved pets with them. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We’ve been using this vet for over 9 years and our experience has been going downhill ever since. They massively overcharge and profiteer on medications with prices being four times as expensive as online pharmacies. We’ve started taking prescriptions and buying medications ourselves due to outrageous costs. Prices of getting prescription have slowly increased as well. Now they want £5 extra for emailing us a copy. This vet will make up charges just to rip you off as much as they can. Biggest issue is that they know we have no other alternative. I am beyond frustrated with these people.

I have always had good experiences with the Desborough and Market Harborough surgeries. Everyone is friendly and the vets explain everything very well. They provide you with options for treatments and have managed to squeeze us in for appointments when needed. Thank you all.

Highly recommend Ash tree vets gave me so much support, when my pet dog had emergency operation when she swallowed a stone ,and afterwards keeping you updated .All staff in the 3 I've used Desborough ,Market Harborough and Kibworth very caring and friendly .
