Had a couple of emergencies with my dog lately and the practice has been really helpful. He was seen very quickly and the standard of care is excellent.

Absolutely amazing vets. We took our girl Bella here in an emergency situation that our normal vets couldn't deal with and we will never go anywhere other than mawsley vets again! Emily was brilliant and very open from the start on treatment options and cost. They are the best priced vets around and the care they show your pet is truly above and beyond. Made a super stressful day as calm and relaxed as possible for both us and Bella. Thankyou

We had a lovely first visit yesterday with my kittens Moody and Spooky - i was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was free for both of them to be seen due to it being their first ‘welcome’ visit! When we arrived we were taken to the ‘Cat Corner’ which was a special part of the waiting room just for cats - there were little cubby holes to put your cat basket in so your cats could see you, soft blankets and complimentary cat calming spray you could put on a blanket for nervous cats. I have never experienced anything so lovely like that at a vets before and it made me feel like they really considered the animals. Holly and Emily were very caring and gentle with both kittens and put my mind at ease that their tummy issues could be easily resolved. I was very nervous initially bringing them to a vet because of past experiences with costs, but she was transparent from the start and told me what each part of treatment would or could cost without me even having to ask, and there was no pressure. The prices were so much more affordable than i had previously experienced too which was a nice surprise, so I feel that this practice is much better value for money without comprising on care. I left with some special food and some test pots incase i wanted to do any samples, and the kittens already seem improved even after the first meal. Thank you for a lovely, calming experience!

I can't thank Emily and Holly enough for the care they gave my GSD on her first visit to Mawsley Vets and then whilst she was in their care for treatment. They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and totally transparent with cost of treatment and what they recommend as a treatment plan. My GSD was excited to arrive at the practice on her 2nd visit and happy went off with Emily to be admitted for treatment, which left me feeling reassured she was in safe hands The cost of treatment given was half the price quoted by my existing vet so I am extremely greatful i recommend this lovely new independent practice. On phoning to register I had an appointment two hours later and treatment then booked for the next day, this was something my existing vet was unable to offer at either of their practices. I would highly recommend Mawsley Vets.

This practice is fantastic. My cat had been unwell for a long period and I’d had issues claiming any money back from my insurance. My cat is now much better and they properly evidenced my claim and completed extra paperwork really quickly.

Our beautiful Bay was treated with the upmost care and dignity as were we when it was time to say goodbye to her. The vet allowed time for our daughter and granddaughter to get there and we had precious moments with no distractions. It was the hardest day imaginable but will be forever grateful for the care Bay received.
