Friendly and caring staff towards both our pets and owners. They have support my dog over a view visits where I’ve had health concerns for him and were so caring - by no means have they ever felt like they are trying to sell anything like you often get at other national vet chains. I would like to thank Emily and Holly for what they did in relation to the end of life care provided to my 14 year-old Labrador, Milo. They had only recently set-up the business when we registered with them but they coached, advised and reassured me in the weeks and days leading up to his passing. Unlike the 'corporate' vets in the area, they gave us a truly first class personal and caring service. Milo's health situation deteriorated quickly and we needed to arrange a same day appointment. They came to our house to administer the end of life procedure and the setting for this was extremely important to us. We wanted him to be calm and settled in a place that he considered to be his sanctuary. Of course, it was still desperately sad, but there was actually a beauty in what the ladies created. We certainly didn't want to bundle him into the back of a car to go to a clinical vet surgery and for him to be completely stressed out in his final minutes, with a rushed procedure but this was all that other local 'corporate' vets we'd dealt with before had been prepared to offer us. I hate where the vet profession generally has ended up. I'll forever be grateful to Emily and Holly for this and wish them every success for their business. I've certainly been recommending them to people I know. When good and caring service is available, you have to use and support it, or lose it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t thank the team at Mawsley Vets enough for the care and compassion they showed when it was time to say goodbye to May, our 18-year-old cat. They handled everything with such kindness and respect, making an incredibly difficult time a little easier to bear. Emily & Holly took the time to explain each step and gave us space to say my goodbyes. When I received her ashes back, they were presented in a stunning wooden box — such a beautiful and dignified tribute to her. It was clear that every detail had been handled with care. I’m deeply grateful to everyone there for helping me through one of the hardest moments and for treating my beloved cat with so much respect and love. 🐾

This vet's is the best vet I've ever had! Wonderfully empathetic, efficient and informative. They definitely go that extra mile to make pets and their owners feel confortable and very well looked after. Clean, bright premises with very convenient, free parking right ourside. Highly recommend this vets above any others I have used in the area.

Amazing Vets we couldn’t be happier. My dog was nearly 11 and needed her teeth cleaning/removing. From the initial consultation to the day of treatment my dog was treated as if she was their own. We had a call giving us an update after the procedure and again the day after. We are over the moon that we changed vets and it is a huge comfort knowing they are there. They really are amazing.

We came for our free welcome check today and I must say Emily and Holly were wonderful! A positive vet experience for my dog which we are so grateful for! I love what this vet stands for and the fact it's independently owned means I can 100% trust them! It's lovely and fresh inside and situatied in a beautiful area with a lovely park within 1 min walk away so perfect for an after vet stroll for your pooches! Thank you girls! 😊
