I can't thank Emily and Holly enough for the care they gave my GSD on her first visit to Mawsley Vets and then whilst she was in their care for treatment. They are kind, caring, knowledgeable and totally transparent with cost of treatment and what they recommend as a treatment plan. My GSD was excited to arrive at the practice on her 2nd visit and happy went off with Emily to be admitted for treatment, which left me feeling reassured she was in safe hands The cost of treatment given was half the price quoted by my existing vet so I am extremely greatful i recommend this lovely new independent practice. On phoning to register I had an appointment two hours later and treatment then booked for the next day, this was something my existing vet was unable to offer at either of their practices. I would highly recommend Mawsley Vets.

This practice is fantastic. My cat had been unwell for a long period and I’d had issues claiming any money back from my insurance. My cat is now much better and they properly evidenced my claim and completed extra paperwork really quickly.

Our beautiful Bay was treated with the upmost care and dignity as were we when it was time to say goodbye to her. The vet allowed time for our daughter and granddaughter to get there and we had precious moments with no distractions. It was the hardest day imaginable but will be forever grateful for the care Bay received.

Friendly and caring staff towards both our pets and owners. They have support my dog over a view visits where I’ve had health concerns for him and were so caring - by no means have they ever felt like they are trying to sell anything like you often get at other national vet chains. I would 100% recommend Mawsley Vets to anyone in drivable distance.

I would like to thank Emily and Holly for what they did in relation to the end of life care provided to my 14 year-old Labrador, Milo. They had only recently set-up the business when we registered with them but they coached, advised and reassured me in the weeks and days leading up to his passing. Unlike the 'corporate' vets in the area, they gave us a truly first class personal and caring service. Milo's health situation deteriorated quickly and we needed to arrange a same day appointment. They came to our house to administer the end of life procedure and the setting for this was extremely important to us. We wanted him to be calm and settled in a place that he considered to be his sanctuary. Of course, it was still desperately sad, but there was actually a beauty in what the ladies created. We certainly didn't want to bundle him into the back of a car to go to a clinical vet surgery and for him to be completely stressed out in his final minutes, with a rushed procedure but this was all that other local 'corporate' vets we'd dealt with before had been prepared to offer us. I hate where the vet profession generally has ended up. I'll forever be grateful to Emily and Holly for this and wish them every success for their business. I've certainly been recommending them to people I know. When good and caring service is available, you have to use and support it, or lose it.
